Booking terms and conditons and more important information
BOOKING OUR APARTMENTS

After payment of the requested booking deposit (down payment) via credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or bank transfer within the relevant booking expiry date, the Client receives a first receipt per e-mail. By down payment, the Client accepts terms and conditions. The booking is to be considered confirmed and binding after receiving the confirmation number with voucher and more details through a second e-mail by Interlingua. Please show the voucher in our offices in order to obtain the keys. The opening and availability of the pool is subject to current regional prevention laws against Covid-19 and may not be guaranteed.



ARRIVAL

Keys handover by the offices of Interlingua in Corso Cangrande Nr. 26 in Lazise may happen between 15 and 18. In case of arrival before 15, an early check-in is possible upon agreement. After 48 hours of no-show in lack of a written communication, the reservation expires and the apartment may be booked further by Interlingua. See our cancellation policy.

CHECK-IN

On arrival, I.D. or passport must be presented which may be retained by agency until full payment is made, and a registration form filled out with all the personal datas of each guest including children.

DEPARTURE

The apartment must be returned by 10 am on the day of departure, free of waste, otherwise the agency will keep the deposit.
In case of delayed departure an extra day will be charged.
In the bills, the day of arrival is calculated while the day of departure up to 10 is not calculated.

ACCOMODATION PRICE

Accomodation price is per property for the period stated on the e-mailed voucher, based on the maximum number of people allowed as described on the Internet site (children and babies included);
Costs for standard use of gas-electricity-water, pool and garage (if available) are included;
final cleaning included (please wash breakfast dishes and dispose your garbage in the specific containers or waste disposal sites at your departure).
Assistance and emergency helpline included.


ACCESSORY COSTS (extra charges)

Linen for bed and towels for bathroom € 18 per person to be prebooked at least 1 week before arrival and paid on site;
Heating (if available) on request against charges 10€/day to be paid on site;
Air conditioning on request and with payment at check in ;
Tourist Tax (mandatory) per person per day, to be paid on site.
Children’s bed (cot) 1-24 months € 25/booking, to be prebooked and paid on site;
High chair € 18/booking, to be prebooked and paid on site.
Interlingua may ask the Customer to pay a deposit on site, which will be transferred back after departure, after checking if any damage occurred.
Also the costs for a missing or wrong waste disposal will be charged and possibly deducted from the deposit amount.


PAYMENT

The remaining payment (settlement) has to be made on arrival together with the payment of all accessory costs, through bank transfer or with credit card (VISA or Mastercard). The Agency may also request a further breakages deposit at arrival, to be reimbursed after deduction of any possibile damage.

CANCELLATION POLICY

in case of cancellation more than 30 days before date of arrival, half the down payment will be reimbursed;
in case of cancellation from 30 to 8 days before arrival, no booking deposit will be reimbursed;
in case of cancellation less than seven (7) days before arrival, the rent is due in its entirety.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY

maximum number of guests allowed is stated in the description on our web-site. The number includes also children and babies.

MINIMUM STAY

Mandatory 5 days; exceptions
- extension of the stay,
- for some structures a minimum of 7 days, to be agreed in writing.

ALLOTMENT OF APARTMENTS In case of emergency, Agency has the right to allot an apartment of the same or better category, at the same price.

RESPONSIBILITY Clients are responsible for damage caused by them, family or guests to apartment and inventory; claims of reimbursement can be filed by Agency also after client’s departure. In case of complaints about the behaviour of clients, family or guests, the rental contract will be immediately interrupted without compensation for clients.

INSURANCE

no kind of travel insurance is included in our services nor supplied by Interlingua

COMPLAINTS

Customers are kindly asked to report damages/problems on arrival or at the latest within 24 hours from arrival, writing an email to info@interlingualazise.com or emergency.apartment@gmail.com In case damages are not reported within 24 hours, they may be charged to Customer.

Important information
POOL/TENNIS

Only clients are allowed to use pool/tennis and other communal facilities of the compound, not their guests.

POOLS

Generally in function from May 15th to September 15th, approx. 09.00-13.00 and 15.00-20.00 hrs. The pools of LE CAMELIE and IL LAURO are in function from April to October.
The opening and availability of the pool is subject to current regional prevention laws against Covid-19 and may not be guaranteed.

GARDEN FURNITURE and SUN BEDS

The garden furniture (chairs) potentially stated in the description may not fit the exact number of guests as described in the maximum occupancy; the number of available sun-beds is also limited.

ANIMALS

Are accepted ONLY after written approval of Agency, without which the rental contract may be changed or annulled by Agency with consequent loss of down payment. Dogs may never be left alone in the apartment and outside they must be kept on the line at all times.

LINEN and TOWELS

Please bring your own bed linen and towels or prebook them at least 1 week before arrival (15€ per person). No bath-towels can be booked by Interlingua. Cotton or wool blankets are available in each property, just refer to our staff if you need more (included in the rent price).

INTERNET/WI-FI connection

In case a wi-fi connection is available (as stated in the description of each property), Interlingua cannot guarantee an uninterrupted service. Wi-Fi networks may be subject to usage/download limits, restrictions may apply to the number of devices and the provided connection is usually not suitable for business nor for uploading/downloading of movies and other very large files.

WASTE DISPOSAL

The Client is responsible for the proper waste disposal during the staying and on the departure day, according to the local rules.

COMFORT and STYLE

Almost all holiday apartments are private property and also used by their owners, they all have different furniture and might not all be conforming to North-European standards
