Nice country house (semidetached) with swimming-pool and tennis-court, suitable for 5 people, just 1 Km from the the Thermal Baths Villa dei Cedri and 5 Km from the beaches of Lazise but right in the middle of the green hills and vineyards of Colà di Lazise. A very traditional flair, simple country style and furniture, a huge green park with two small lakes and a waterfall. On the ground floor the original kitchen with dishwasher and a fireplace, the living room with sofa, a big table and SAT- TV, a bathroom with sink, WC and a washing machine. On the first floor two double bedrooms and a full bathroom with shower. Private terrace in front of the house, parking place on the ground. Perfect for couples and families looking for peace and silence at the swimming-pool and cyclists. In one of the two double rooms there is also 1 single bed (max occupancy of the house: 5 adults). HEATING NOT AVAILABLE. The owner live near the apartment we rent. They have three dogs.
